Here is the truth.

Instagram does not care about your license. It cares about watch time, replays, saves, shares, and comments. 

If people scroll in under 3 seconds, you lose distribution.
If they do not watch most of the video, you lose ranking.
If they do not interact, you disappear.

The agents winning right now are doing three things differently:
1. Hook before they introduce themselves
2. Talk about problems, not properties
3. Create curiosity that forces completion

Example:

Instead of
“New listing in Kent with 4 beds and 3 baths”

Say
“This is why homes under 700K are disappearing in 5 days.”

Now you have attention.

Then you layer authority.

In South King County and North Pierce County, properly priced homes in areas like Kent East Hill, Auburn, Puyallup, and Bonney Lake are still seeing competitive activity when positioned correctly.

But none of that matters if nobody watches long enough to hear you.

Attention first. Authority second. Conversion third.
