Our office will be closed beginning tomorrow, December 23, 2025, as we take time to celebrate the holiday season with our loved ones and reflect on the year that has passed. We will be returning on January 2, 2026, and during this time, responses to emails may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible once we're back.

As we wrap up the year, we want to express our gratitude to all of our clients, colleagues, and friends. It has been a year of growth, collaboration, and connection, and we feel incredibly fortunate to work with such wonderful people. Please be advised that the Law Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday this week, November 27 & 28, in observation of Thanksgiving. Please know that we are grateful for our colleagues, clients, and friends this holiday season, especially those individuals who put their trust in us.

We will resume with regular business hours on Monday, December 1st at 8:30 am.

Today is a day to thank all of those brave and honorable individuals who have given up part of their lives in the service of freedom. Thank you to each and every service member who has put on a uniform and shown up to defend the land of the free and home of the brave. Your service has not gone unnoticed and is appreciated more than you all will ever know.

We are having some internet issues this afternoon, which is impacting our phones. If you try to reach us by phone but get voicemail that may be the reason why (or we are helping other clients if things are fixed). Hopefully the technology issues will be resolved soon.

We wish you all a very Happy 4th of July. Due to the holiday, we are closing at noon today, July 3rd and will be closed tomorrow, July 4th. Normal hours will resume on Monday, July 7th.

It is almost Christmas! The Law Office spent the day together for our Christmas event...we opened gifts at the office and then jumped in the car to head "north" to go out to lunch at Olive Garden. After stuffing ourselves, we then headed to Escape Room NWI where we CRUSHED it and escaped "The Vampire" with plenty of time to spare. Afterwards we stopped at Peach Cobbler Factory in Merrillville to pick up desserts to bring home. I am grateful for such a great staff and people to spend so much time with. Thank you Dana, Tiffany, and Ashton (and Ana). I am one lucky human!

The Law Office of Samantha M. Joslyn will be open this week. But we will be closed next week Monday the 23rd through the 25th. We will be open on the 26th and 27th, then again the 30th and closed for thr 31st and January 1st.

The Law Office is closed today in honor of Veteran's Day. We are grateful for all of the freedom this country provides and for those brave individuals who have helped secure and defend that freedom. Thank you to all who have served.
