Heather Carney is a valued paralegal at Fletcher & Lee, playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. From managing cases and preparing documents to handling court filings and calendars, she helps ensure the team delivers the best for every client. She joined the Firm in March 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience from two other firms.

A proud fourth-generation Nevadan, Heather is all about teamwork and staying organized. Outside the office, you’ll find her spending time with family, whether that’s camping, cooking, or enjoying a good movie.
