Auto Paralegal

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Auto Paralegal at the Law Office of David Ellin, located in Reisterstown, MD. The Auto Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing case files and documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Additional tasks may include maintaining proper communication with clients, attorneys, and other parties as well as managing administrative tasks related to case preparation and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of law and legal processes related to personal injury and auto accident cases
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Proficient in conducting thorough Research to assist in case preparation
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and correspondence with attorneys
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in relevant legal and office software tools
Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role preferred
An associate degree or paralegal certification is preferred
MDEC proficient
