Great tour today! We had agents from our Middletown, Dover, Newark, and Coastal offices come together to provide feedback on a listing. Brett with Pike Creek Mortgage Services, Inc. also joined us, and it was great to have his perspective as part of the tour. Another great Patterson-Schwartz Coastal Offices Spring Sales Meeting in the books!

Jason Giles kicked things off with a market update and all things PSA, giving us great insight into what we are currently seeing in Sussex County.

Brett Willett from Pike Creek Mortgage Services, Inc. followed with an update on today’s mortgage market and current lending trends affecting buyers and sellers alike.

Tom Carney of T.Carney Sussex Law discussed fraud updates and shared valuable information on potential obstacles agents and clients may encounter on the road to settlement.

We then wrapped up with our guest speaker, Jonathan Yasik from Poland-Sullivan Ins, who introduced an innovative flood insurance program that could be a fantastic resource for homeowners throughout Sussex County.

Always thankful for the education, collaboration, and industry insight that help us continue serving our clients at the highest level.
