Big CONGRATS to my client for closing on her first home!! This one felt extra special. Even with homes flying off the market these days, we beat out other offers that came in much higher. On top of that, she has an insane work schedule (early mornings to late night) that we had to accommodate during this short escrow. Reviewing disclosures, reports, and other docs (easily 100+ pages) can easily be overwhelming. Doing it at 11 PM at night until the early hours of the morning after a LONG work day is a whole other level. Really proud of her for sticking it through!

CLOSED! Leased this beauty out almost two weeks back. 2|1 rental in the Hermosa Beach Sand Section with lots of outdoor space. Definitely a rare sight in a concrete jungle like Hermosa Beach. Despite being deep into this pandemic, we had 8 excellent sets of applications in just over a week. Honestly, the hardest part was deciding which of the excellent candidates to choose! Almost had to resort to a coin toss 😂
