Proud to announce we settled a case for $1.45 million on behalf of a Fire Battalion Chief against the City of Glendale for unlawful retaliation. In this case, the Plaintiff alleged that he reported and opposed what he believed to be an illegal order given to him by the Fire Chief. Within 6 weeks of Plaintiff's reporting and opposition, the Plaintiff was demoted to Fire Captain.
