I have a great deal of enthusiasm and passion for real estate. The thing I like most about real estate is it isn’t boring! No 2 clients are the same, no 2 properties are the same and no 2 deals are the same. Whether I am guiding a first time homebuyer through the many (and often confusing) layers of the home purchase process, finding an investor the “next best” property to add the their portfolio,
or helping you sell your house, I enjoy it all! My husband and I moved here from Southern CA in 1991 to get away from the traffic and the hustle-bustle lifestyle. We have raised our kids in Red Bluff and even though the days of parent group meetings and activities are behind me, my helpful nature still runs deep. That is how I view my work as a realtor…I am simply someone who helps you in the process of buying and/or selling. I am your advocate, acting on your behalf, according to your needs. Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked alongside my husband in his construction business, which has given me a unique perspective, and helps clients see what a house can become, even if it isn’t apparent at the time of the sale. In my free time, I enjoy gathering with friends for game nights, boating on Lake Shasta with my family and playing Lexulous (scrabble) online. (Did you know QI is a word? – I was initially shocked too!)
