In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin offered taxpayers a 90-day reprieve. Filers now have until July 15th to pay their 2019 income taxes (up to $1 million). The same treatment is expected to be given to small businesses and pass-through entities.

Dear Friends,

As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation continues to evolve, we want to keep you updated on what we are doing in our office and what you can expect from us as things continue to progress. No office appointments have been cancelled. In order to address concerns, however, we are limiting the number of office visits per day to limit waiting room interaction, additional surface cleaning following client visits, providing hand sanitizing cleaner, and avoiding things like shaking hands. It appears that small family gatherings and individual client meetings are still approved, and we will continue to assist our family, friends and community in their desire to implement proper estate planning in their lives.

We understand that in times like these there is still a desire to ensure you have implemented and updated your Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Medical Directives and other important documents. Many questions can arise, and we remain ready to serve your needs. Therefore, we will continue to operate as close to normal as possible.

For those clients who would like to meet, but still desire to avoid the office, we offer online video conferencing for initial consultations, estate planning review meetings, and other similar meetings.

We will keep you updated as the situation continues to unfold.
