Ms. Williams’ young son endured a lengthy hospitalization and multiple surgeries. As the lawsuit explains, this horrific incident was the direct result of the negligent conduct by Lakeview Learning Center. Schools have a fundamental obligation to protect the children entrusted to their care and, as alleged in the Complaint, Lakeview's staff failed that obligation in a basic and devastating way.
