It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved friend and colleague Bernadette Ruegg.
Bernadette brought over 30+ years of real estate experience with her when she joined us. Bernadette’s profession as a former teacher, gave her the ability to instruct her buyers and sellers with patience and a keen depth of knowledge. She built warm, friendly relationships with agents and industry professionals, creating a pipeline of valuable information for her clients and all of us whenever it was needed. Everyone was willing to talk to Bernadette and tell her what they knew; she just had that way about her.
No training class could surpass what Bernadette could teach. She was ‘The Master Class’. Bern contributed her knowledge to our Thomson Trailblazer groups and often attended Lunch & Learns and other training sessions, where she shared her professional advice, tips and tricks.
Bernadette was kind and considerate. When you spoke to her, she gave you her full attention. She listened. She reached out. She was positive. She encouraged. She was funny and tough. She was wonderful, and we will miss her deeply.
