A new month JUST started, and we’re already seeing green card approvals for our Brazen Legal clients! 🥳

🎉 Cases filed in February.

🎉 Cases filed with “too little evidence.”

🎉 Cases filed for clients who don’t live together.

🎉 Cases without joint bank accounts.

🎉 Cases full of “red flags” that couldn’t possibly be approved in this Administration.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it: just because they move the goal post doesn’t mean you can’t win.

Because my clients and other immigrants are still winning.

I’m here when you’re ready to win, too.

It’s been raining marriage green card approvals this month!

🥳 We’ve seen approvals for cases we filed 6 months ago.

🥳 Cases for immigrants who entered on the Biden Program.

🥳 Cases for immigrants married less than a year.

🥳 Cases for immigrants married over 2 years.

🥳 Cases with “little” evidence.

In case you’re not picking up what I’m putting down…

IMMIGRANTS ARE STILL WINNING!

And families are staying together.

Where would you be if you filed your case 6 months ago?

Where will you be in 6 months if you don’t start now? 👀

I’ll put it this way: unless and until y’all see me make a video that says “hey y’all, they changed the law to say you can’t file a green card application anymore,” continue to file your green card applications.

And those of you who are in the U.S. and are either married to a green card holder or are the child of a green card holder are able to file your adjustment of status applications in June 2026!

Let’s work! https://www.brazenlegal.com

Spouses and children of green card holders will be able to adjust their status soon because in June, the visa bulletin will be current for this category.

You're eligible if:

1. You're the husband, wife, or child (unmarried and under 21 years old) of a green card holder
2. You have an approved I-130
3. You're currently in the United States
4. You entered the U.S. legally (i.e. with a visa or parole)
5. Your I-94 has not yet expired

Time is of the essence, so if you’re eligible, get your application together now so tjat you’re ready to file before July.
