Conflict resolution always starts with self examination. Whether in church, family, or business, it is possible to resolve your dispute without destroying your relationships.

Unfortunately, sometimes disputes arise within churches that cannot be resolved without outside intervention. The Apostle Paul encourages believers not to pursue matters in court. However, there is a process called mediation that can be effective in resolving the dispute as well as reconciling believers.
