On September 24th, 2026, Raleigh Divorce Law Firm had the honor of being a presenting sponsor for Friends of Wake County Guardian ad Litem Light the Way Gala. Friends, community members, GALs, and other businesses came together to fill the gap for local children and teens in foster care. We helped to raise over $70,000 to help provide normalcy for this vulnerable population.

Friends has been near and dear to our hearts for almost a decade, and it is our joy to share their mission and their impact.

For Blake Larsen, becoming a husband and father gave him a deeper understanding of the challenges his clients face—from the financial and logistical realities of raising children to the emotional stress that comes with divorce and custody matters.

His goal is simple: to make sure clients feel heard, understood, and supported during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

As Blake shares in his recent feature in Attorney At Law Magazine, one of the most rewarding parts of his work is seeing the “aura of relief” that comes when a client finally knows their case is over and they can move forward.

We’re grateful to have Blake on our team and proud of the compassion and commitment he brings to his clients every day.

Our latest blog explores some of the questions to consider when you find yourself at this crossroads.
