Hill Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina that practices in business, employment, and surety law. Our firm serves a diverse array of clients. We are a small law firm looking for a legal assistant to help our firm continue to grow!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who will have a wide range of responsibilities within the firm. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the office’s primary assistant while also participating in the firm’s marketing, client relations, and traditional legal services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the legal profession and participate in a meaningful way to a growing, collaborative law firm.

• Ability to work at the firm’s office located Raleigh, North Carolina (this is not a remote position)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer calls and communicate in a professional manner with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Schedule and confirm consultations, appointments, and other matters on behalf of the firm and clients
• Manage administrative services including reception, mail, scanning, and general office duties
• Assist with project management by planning events, webinars, and other free informational sessions provided by the firm
• Collaborate and participate in marketing efforts such as creating posts for social media, writing blogs, firm newsletters, etc.
• Maintain, support, and communicate with the firm’s referral partners
• Administer firm calendar to assist in the tracking of deadlines and other scheduling obligations
• Utilize and input information to firm’s client management software and marketing software
• Other administrative or legal functions as designated
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Marketing experience is a plus, but is not required
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but is not required
