Whew this week started off so crazy. One of the company listings that my buyer wanted burned down. I tripped and fell into the door busting my lip. (Im clumsy yall). Kai been acting up. I was stressed out and so bus, which is fine cause i prayed for a busy workflow. I spoke to the universe and I said something has to give. I have all these listings something has to go under contract this week.
Then yesterday happened. This deal worked out so good for my seller. We both needed this home to go under contract. Congrats to her we close in 2 weeks.

Who is Victoria White?
I'm a woman who wears many hats. Before everything I love my family with everything in me. My son keeps me busy but being a mom is by far my favorite job.
Managing a Real Estate firm can be challenging but the knowledge that I have gained from seeing so many types of transactions has made me a better Realtor to my clients.
When you hire me as your Realtor you become someone that I will fight for and give all of my expertise to from beginning to end. If you are an Investor I understand the bottom line and ratios that come into play when purchasing a flip or buy and hold. It's the same thing I look for when evaluating a deal.
