This might be my favorite room in the house now.😍

New paint (finally committed 🥰), swapped the curtain rod, added fresh drapes (what got this whole party started🎉), new statement light fixture, layered in a new rug—and upgraded to a glass whiteboard.

Proof that the right paint + a few intentional upgrades can completely change a space.

I may never leave this office,

I’ve known Jack since he was in middle school. He has always been kind, steady, and just a genuinely good soul. Now here he is… a homeowner at 21. 🏡
