Lindsay has dedicated her entire legal career to family law in the Triangle area and is known for her thoughtful, client-centered approach to complex family matters. In addition to her legal experience, her background working in community banking gives her a strong understanding of the financial side of family law cases and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients.

Lindsay has been recognized in Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite for family law and is actively involved in the community through her service with the Triangle Educational Advancement Foundation. We are thrilled to have her join our growing team alongside her cousin and fellow WFLG attorney, Misty Hardison.

Wake Family Law Group is pleased to welcome attorney Misty Hardison as Of Counsel.

Misty brings more than 20 years of experience representing clients in family law matters across North Carolina and New York. Her background includes litigation in both District and Superior court, family law practice in New York City, and corporate experience working with large law firms on document management and data protection solutions.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Campbell Law School, Misty is also a Certified Parenting Coordinator and a passionate advocate for children and families. She has authored children’s books focused on helping children process grief and navigate divorce.
