Part time job available August 2, 2021 for $12/hr, 11 hrs per week. Seeking administrative assistant to assist paralegal with processing real estate closings. Tasks will include opening new files, data entry, finding back title policies, gathering information necessary to prepare for a real estate closing, and drafting Final Title Opinions. No experience is necessary. We will provide training. Real estate knowledge, experience in SoftPro, or paralegal experience is a plus. Applicant can choose what hours and days between 9am and 5pm, M-F, they wish to work. High School Diploma required.

I have a very part time administrative position available in my law firm. 3hrs/week. $11/hr. Tasks will primarily be scanning documents and completing Final Title Opinions for real estate closings. Training provided on all aspects of position, including on our software (SoftPro) that is used to create the title opinions, and how to research public records as necessary to complete the Final Title Opinion package to obtain title insurance. An experienced candidate that requires no training will start at a higher pay rate. This is not merely a summer position, so while college students are welcome to apply, they must be willing to work all year round.
