Our firm is pleased to welcome Laura Charles-Craft as an attorney this fall. Laura was a senior at N.C. State when she joined our firm as a part time remote paralegal in the fall of 2020. She stayed on as our part time paralegal and law clerk while attending law school at Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. We are missing her excellent work while she studies for the bar this summer and are excited to see her back soon as our newest attorney.

Happy anniversary to us! We are four years old. From humble beginnings in the tiny shared office space to the still fairly humble spot we have now. Many thanks to family, friends and clients (the best kids of friends). I’m grateful for all of the support.

Workers Compensation Friends –
Please help us spread the word. We are looking for the right lawyer to join our little team. We are searching for someone who is interested in managing his or her own caseload while giving assistance to me with mine. The ideal person is likely a senior associate or non-equity partner with a small book of business.
Right now, there are three of us. We have a part time (all though full time for the summer) paralegal who is a law student and a very experienced legal assistant. We have good health insurance and matching on a 401k. We are completely paperless and have a strong case management system in place. We are flexible on remote vs. in person work and have a nice space set up for our next attorney.
We also have skills and technology necessary for electronic billing. We are not currently on any insurance panels. But, we are willing to help make that happen for someone bringing work that requires being part of panel counsel.
