It was an absolute pleasure to work with this 1st time buyer! The biggest myth in Real Estate is that “closing” is when you get the keys but recording is in fact when the home becomes yours. Recording is not as glamorous as sitting at the closing table and signing the pile of documents but that’s when the County and Insurance companies decide it’s officially yours. We had a hiccup with a repair not being addressed by closing but we went ahead and “closed” but halted recording so we could be one step closer once the repair was officially complete. One stop back by the house a couple hours after closing and we were able to give the go ahead AND the buyers didn’t have to rework their work schedule and can still move in today! Congratulations and always a pleasure to work for our amazing Veterans 🇺🇸
