I'm on a new phase of my flip. Here is the scope of work for this part.
Room Task
Basement Room - Finish wall with any missing studs and dry wall. Rough in doorway to get ready to hang door.
Basement Paint inside stairwell walls going to basement.
Basement Clean, prime, paint tile floors - Rec Room, Paint floor Grey
Basement Clean, prime, paint concrete floor - utility - Pain floor Grey
Basement Prime panel walls, cinderblock walls. Paint all panel walls, cinderblock walls - White
Basement Utility - Finish wall on entrance and dry wall. Rough in doorway to get ready to hang door.
Basement Rec Room - finish wall with drywall under stairs
Bedroom 1 Patch walls. Fix hole in ceiling, match texture.
Bedroom 1 Paint walls and ceiling, inside closet
Bedroom 2 Patch holes in walls.
Bedroom 2 Paint walls and ceiling, inside closet
Garage exterior Repair dry rot soffits
Garage exterior clean, prime, paint - color match house - grey with white trim
Hallway Patch and repair holes. Paint walls and ceiling.
Hallway Paint closet door and inside closet
House exterior Repair dry rot soffits
House exterior Paint trim White, Paint gutters white.
House exterior Clear gutters and drains. Ensure water is away from house. Seal any leaks in gutters.
Kitchen Install new drywall, patch ceiling and walls, paint
Living Room Patch damage spot on ceiling. Match texture. Repair/patch blemishes and holes.

Main Bath Install drywall. Patch holes
