Some closings just hit differently. ❤️

Today we made it to the closing table on this incredible berm home at 3250 W Hastings Lake Rd in Jonesville — a property that has been part of the same family’s story for nearly 160 years.

What started as a listing quickly became so much more. Through this process, these sellers (and of course their sweet dogs 🐾) became like family to me. We laughed, stressed, reminisced, and celebrated together through every step of the journey.

One of the most meaningful parts of all of this? The property was able to stay within the family. In a world where so much changes so quickly, there’s something incredibly special about preserving a legacy like that.

Homes carry stories. This one carried generations of them.

I’m beyond grateful to have been trusted with such an important chapter and reminded once again that real estate is never just about houses — it’s about people, history, memories, and the lives built inside the walls.

Last week I stepped away from the day-to-day to do something important for the people who trust me most — my clients. ❤️

I officially graduated from the Ninja Selling program, and I can honestly say it reignited my passion for serving others at the highest level! It also reiterated the reason I am any kind of agent-to help others!

With the transition out of the insurance world and into real estate full time, I’m more focused than ever on sharpening my skills, strengthening my knowledge, and showing up as the best possible guide for my buyers and sellers. This wasn’t just a class to me — it was a reminder that growth never stops, and neither should the commitment we make to the people we serve.
