MSR Legal & Consulting Services, PLLC Boutique firm specializing in education law OUR HISTORY & MISSION

My name is Oroma Mpi-Reynolds, Esq., and I’m the founder of MSR Legal & Consulting Services.

MSR Legal is a firm dedicated to special education law and children’s advocacy. I’ve been practicing in this area since 2008. It was my three daughters who inspired me to form MSR Legal. In fact, the name “M.S.R.” is based off of their names: Madison, Scarlett, and Riley. Like all children, mine come with their own set of learning needs unique to them. I believe that education is wholistic and sh

ould be customized, whether your child is an accelerated learner or has developmental delays. I apply a team approach to my practice. That’s because parents, educators, and clinical professionals should work together to design a program that is individualized and appropriate for the child. If you’re seeking answers to questions, policy development, or legal representation, book a consultation on my website, www.msrlegal.org. MSR Legal’s mission is to provide the highest quality of legal and consulting services to families and schools that are focused on putting children first. My special needs practice is rooted in community education. When parents and providers for children with disabilities are empowered with the right information and tools, they can successfully cultivate an appropriate learning environment. Our goal is the same—to provide the foundation for the child to become a happy, healthy, and productive contributor to society. Watch my video here: https://youtu.be/7mUOmdgEoHQ.
