HOLIDAY SEASON!! Around this time, there are some families who are not able to be on the same page with respect to their child(ren) having parenting time with both parents and their families during the holiday season.
Reasons may vary such as a parent living out of state, ineffective communication, trust issues, housing and safety concerns, lack of information on traveling plans, the custody court order not specifying the parents holiday time schedule with the child(ren) and much more.
It is not too late to seek court intervention by being able to spend the holidays with your child(ren) by filing an order to show cause, a motion, etc. For assistance on being able to spend time with your children during the holidays reach out to Catrina Young, Esq.
Ms. Young contact information and business hours can be found in her bio.
