Sometimes you just have that moment after a buyer gets handed keys to their new home and it just feels like the birds are singing, the sun is out, and everything is as it should be. As agents we get branded in so many ways it means so much to me when clients leave reviews and I just know from start to finish they know it was never about me getting a sale - it was about sharing their excitement in achieving their dream. In this case my buyers wanted to get out of Arizona before the summer heat set in and cozy up in Puyallup where they can enjoy walking trails, close commutes, a yard large enough for their dogs to enjoy, and a home that was updated so they could move in and relax. We found them the perfect - and I mean perfect place to call home. After doing a video tour for them they flew into town and took a look in person - immediately they fell in love and the rest is a story I cant wait to see unfold.

Well that escalated quickly..We are officially under contract on our Tacoma listing. 5 days from Active to Pending with multiple offers. Our seller is over the moon and I'm so grateful for my past clients David and Joanna for referring me to their family member, Song.
