It’s where babies came home from the hospital, where first steps were taken, birthdays were celebrated, and where so much life happened. While they’ve already moved on to a beautiful new home and new chapter, saying goodbye to a place filled with so many memories isn’t always easy.

At the same time, there’s something special about knowing another young family will now walk through these doors and create memories of their own.

When this sweet family decided to move from Texas to be closer to family, we hit the ground running. We drove a lot of miles, toured a ton of homes, and even had another property under contract. When that deal fell apart, we were all disappointed. But, sometimes things really do work out exactly the way they’re supposed to.

Fast forward to today, and they’re the proud owners of this absolutely STUNNING home in Newcastle. While this home was being completed, they patiently lived AND worked from their RV, trusting the process and keeping their eyes on the finish line.

Days like today are a reminder that the right home is worth waiting for. ❤️
