Pueblo, CO home sale: we started with a offer very low… and still landed on a price that worked. 👀

This one came to me as a referral from another agent, and the seller was out of state—so every decision had to be handled quickly, clearly, and without guesswork.

The first offer wasn’t even close. Instead of panicking or pushing the seller to “just take it,” I dug in, kept communication tight, and negotiated step-by-step until we reached terms the seller felt good about.

The result: a sold sign and a client (and referring agent) who trusted me to get it done from miles away.
