Sales are a little slow, lots of homes to choose from and sellers are helping buyers with the costs of buying.

Affordability issues, high interest rates and more homes for sale are the leading indicators of a sluggish real estate market in Pueblo County in November 2024.

As we head into the final few months of 2024 compared to last month the median selling price is down a few thousand dollars but still higher than this time last year.

Lots more homes for sale going into the final quarter of the year. The median selling price is a little lower than last month but still up from this time last year. The number of sales is still low and it's almost what experts call a balanced market with 5 months of inventory available.
