Hey Everyone! If you or someone you know is looking for office space in Prince Frederick, I currently have a great property available for lease.

The office is located at 89 Duke Street, right next to the courthouse—a highly convenient spot with easy access to Main Street. It offers just over 1,000 square feet of well-laid-out space, including a reception area, two private offices, a nice sized conference room, and a kitchenette. It also includes dedicated on-site parking for you and your clients, which is always a nice bonus.

It’s a great setup and is ready for a new tenant to move right in. You can view the photos and all the specific details at the link below.

Feel free to send me or Robby Kidwell with Frisco Property Management a direct message if you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to walk through the space!

A great resource for those who are Trustees of a special needs trust for a family member.
