Molly Day Auman, Realtor

Molly Day Auman, Realtor Molly Day Auman is a local Broker Associate at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Contact me I am very active and enjoy being outdoors.

After living in many areas of the US, I always come back to my hometown of Prescott. I love the sense of community in the area and am eager to share that with people looking to relocate here. Having seen many changes in the community, I am also very aware of our ever-changing market. I have an extensive history in the hospitality industry and studied Interior Design in college. The two go hand-in-

hand when it comes to Real Estate, which I have a passion for in the Prescott area. I enjoy furthering my education in my profession and am a Broker Associate and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Many of my clients come from past client referrals and I pride myself in giving every client more than they would expect when dealing with a REALTOR®. You can find me hiking, running, swimming, practicing pilates and yoga. I also enjoy sitting on committees for the Launch Pad Teen Center of Prescott, helping to give local teens the ability and knowledge to also enjoy being outdoors. Contact me if you would like to work with someone who is more concerned with your outcome than mine. I look forward to hearing from you

This stopped me in my tracks - it looks exactly like my very first car. A 1976 Datsun B210, and yes… it was orange. That car carried a lot of firsts with it: freedom, responsibility, and the feeling that life was opening up one mile at a time.

Funny how certain things stay with you - colors, memories, moments that shape who you become.

What was your very first car?

Watson Lake and Granite Mountain never stop reminding me how alive this place is. Lately, there’s even more to watch — a bald eagle family making a home here, right as the seasons begin to shift in Prescott.

Winter has a way of bringing things into focus. The light feels different, the trails slow you down, and you start noticing the details — where wildlife settles in, how the landscape changes, how a place holds you through every season.

It’s moments like this that make me grateful to live and work here, and to help others discover the beauty tucked into everyday corners of Prescott.

Running before dawn resets something in me. The stars feel closer, the air sharper, and each step reminds me what it means to move with intention. These early miles give me clarity - a kind of direction that follows me long after the sun comes up.

That same presence - noticing the land, the light, and the feeling a place gives you - is what I bring to my work too. It’s not just about the houses; it’s about knowing what makes this place feel like home.

This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to serve with Rancho Feliz in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico delivering food and warm blankets to those in need.

We helped mud drywall in a home being built for a female police officer and her three children, and when the rain came in, we swapped our tools for bowling shoes and spent the afternoon with children from the orphanage Rancho Feliz built and continues to support.

It was a weekend full of perspective, connection, and deep gratitude. Huge thanks to Rancho Feliz Charitable Foundation and the Russ Lyon Charitable Foundation for making this kind of impact possible.

If you’re curious about how to get involved or support these efforts, I’d be honored to share more.

There’s something about Thumb Butte that never looks the same twice - every angle, every light, every season offers a new way to fall in love with this place.

I’ve started to think homes are a lot like that too. One day it’s the way the morning light hits your kitchen window, another it’s the quiet corner where you sip tea before a hike. It’s the little layers we discover over time that make a place feel like home.

What’s one moment in your home that makes you smile when you think about it?

Peavine at dawn—quiet, golden, and full of possibility.

There’s something about watching the day begin in a place like this that puts everything in perspective. Whether you’re rooted here or just beginning to imagine a new chapter, mornings like this remind us how much place matters.
