Enjoyed speaking this week at the Johnson County Bar Association’s Bench/Bar conference, giving a CLE on the recent hot topic of Clause 3 of the 14th Amendment, examining how the State of Colorado tried to use it to keep Donald Trump off the ballot and why the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 against their argument. We had a great discussion about the Constitution and the history around this amendment. Thank you, Johnson County Bar Association, for the invitation!
