Focusing on criticism or compliments
will distract you from your mission.

It starts with outside voices:

“They praised me.”
“They criticized me.”
“What will people think?”
“I need everyone's approval.”

But the truth:

→ Praise can become as distracting as criticism
→ Purpose provides stronger direction than public opinion
→ Consistency matters more than temporary reactions
→ Growth comes from staying committed to the mission
→ Long-term impact requires focus, not constant validation

The attention given to opinions today,
can take away from the work that matters tomorrow.

What mission-driven people do:

✓ Accept feedback without depending on it
✓ Stay focused on long-term goals
✓ Let results speak louder than opinions
✓ Continue improving through every season
✓ Measure success by progress, not applause

Criticism comes.
Compliments come.
