Handled a few fires that definitely weren’t on today’s schedule.
Answered more texts than I can count.

And somehow… I’m just now getting in the bed.

Some days in real estate are cute closing pictures, new listings and sold signs.

And some days are 300 miles, 12 phone calls, contracts, inspections, credit surprises and figuring it out as you go.

Today was the second kind.

Sometimes a great home simply needs the right buyer—and sometimes the homes everyone else stopped looking at are where the best opportunities are hiding. 👀🏡

My Client saw past the days on market, looked at the HOME, and found something she loved.
