Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Today feels especially meaningful.

Being a mom has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Watching Joy grow, laugh, learn, and become her own beautiful person fills my heart with gratitude every single day.

And today… I’m also thinking deeply about my own mom.

I miss her so much.

She taught me how to be gentle.
She taught me patience.
She taught me kindness through the way she lived her life.

My mom was beautiful — not only on the outside, but in her heart.
So loving. So graceful. So caring.

There are moments when I still wish I could call her, hug her, and tell her how much she means to me.

A part of who I am as a mother today came from her love.

And because of that, she will always live on through me… and through Joy.

Forever grateful.
Forever missing you.
Forever loving you, Mom ❤️

Why Vegas Made Me Bullish on San Diego Real Estate

I just spent a few days in Las Vegas… and it made me even more bullish on the San Diego housing market.
