John Kenney & Associates, PLLC is a law firm with offices located on Liberty Bay in Poulsbo, Washington.
We seek to add a part-time Administrative Assistant to our congenial but hardworking team.
The position will be responsible for various in-office administrative tasks, and requires exceptional diligence, attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to stay focused while working independently.
We are looking for a long term team member who desires to contribute administrative support skills in the fields of Estate Planning and Settlement, Real Estate, and Business planning/development.
Ideal candidates will have the minimum of an associate degree and the following abilities or training:
• Confidential maintenance of client information.
• Attention to detail.
• Phone etiquette, with accurate use of the phone system.
• Distribution of letters, packages and supplies.
• Knowledge of office equipment such as photocopier, fax, printer, and computer.
• Aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite 365.
• Ability to learn industry specific software systems and cloud-based platforms.
• Manage client intake and appointment setting.
• Maintain client documents in both paper and digital formats.
• Prepare standard correspondence and other communications.
An ability to take full advantage of ongoing training will allow for a greater variety of duties.
