This sale was a labor of love for Kelsey. When she first walked in, it was clear the previous tenants hadn't shown the home much care. She told the sellers: "Give me a deposit, a little faith, and a whole lot of trust, and I’ll make this house shine."

Last closing of 2025 and what a way to wrap up the year 🎉

This military couple was referred to us by an awesome agent out of GA, and we got straight to work finding their perfect Kitsap home. They flew out, toured homes, explored the area, even checked out base housing—and after doing all the homework, they knew it wasn’t the right fit.

They fell in love with the Bremerton area and had their hearts set on Manette before even choosing this house. And honestly, it checks all the boxes: great dog-walking spots, room to run and play, and that true sense of community everyone hopes for 🐶🏡
