After graduating from Kingswood Regional High School in Wolfeboro NH, I attended SUNY Morrisville majoring in equine science with a minor in business management. Upon graduation I moved back to Tuftonboro to pursue my career in the equine industry. After years of working with horses I have a second career selling real estate. Sometimes the sweetest deals are the ones that don’t always go as planned, this property went under contract - then it fell apart.
Foundation issue + buyer lost their co-signer = back on market.
Instead of panicking, we fixed it the right way.
Went back under contract… and sold well over asking — covering the repair and then some.
The right buyer was always out there.
