Congratulations to my friends Josh and Kaylie on the purchase of their gorgeous new home in Barrington!

Josh and Kaylie reached out to me back in April to see if I could help them find a home back in New Hampshire. They are originally from the Seacoast but had moved down South for work over the last few years. I was so excited to hear from them and learn that they were ready to come home!

We began our search, with Josh flying in from time to time so we could tour properties together. When they weren’t able to make it, I would tour homes on their behalf. Then 212 Oak Hill Road caught their eye. Josh had seen it during an open house, but they weren’t quite sure if they were ready to pull the trigger.

The home remained on the market for a little while, and Kaylie reached out to tell me she couldn’t stop thinking about it. Since she hadn’t seen it in person, she asked me to go take a closer look. I was amazed that it hadn’t already sold. The home was immaculate and had been incredibly well maintained by the original owners, who had personally selected the lot and home design.

We quickly put together an offer, and after some negotiating, we were under contract in no time!
