A landlord, a tenant, and a homebuyer.

I work with owners, renters, and buyers, and real estate looks different from each seat. A landlord needs a turnover done well and on budget. A tenant needs someone who actually answers. A buyer needs someone who’ll advise them on what a house really costs to own.

I’ve been in those seats myself across 8 transactions, in and outside Oregon, building my own real estate investment portfolio. I start with the numbers, I explain what they actually mean, and I lay out the facts so you can decide with confidence whether it’s the right fit.

What happens before an open house matters just as much as the open house itself. 🏡

Signs go up for the best exposure. I also add small touches as needed, like clearing leaves or a quick vacuum, so buyers feel welcome the moment they walk in. And every conversation with a buyer tells me how the market sees the home.

Open to below or tall ceilings? Both are gorgeous, but they live differently.

Here’s what I always check on tours: sound. With open to below, the kitchen carries upstairs. Coffee at 6am, the TV at night, a late work call.

From a Beaverton backyard to your brunch table💐

My friends at JG & B‘s Garden grew a whole garden of blooms (think dahlias, hibiscus, roses and so much more) right here in our community, and local floral designer Jessica is turning them into garden-fresh bouquets for one morning only (for now!).
