PENDING — Representing the Buyers 🌿 Driftless Farm

Some deals are about land. Others are about life.

After an intentional, deliberate search, Mark Voss is honored to have helped two families find this Driftless farm, now pending.

Nearly 30 years of friendship, of raising kids side by side, led them here. As one buyer put it: "We raised our children together… and came out the other side with a friendship that feels more like family."

This farm is where that story continues, across generations.
Wishing all parties well in this succession story.

The future of farming may depend on more than farming itself. 🐓

Latitude partner Mark Voss () recently joined farmers, land stewards, investors, and organizers at the Biodynamic Association’s Agriculture, Community & Economics Symposium at Sunrise Ranch in Colorado.

During the symposium, he introduced the concept of North Star Village-ing, a framework for understanding how agriculture, housing, and stewardship might evolve together to support farms across generations.

In our latest Journal article, we share reflections from the gathering and explore the emerging models shaping regenerative farm communities.
