SOLD ❤️🏡

Today marks the end of a chapter that was 36 years in the making.

After the passing of Ron, his wife Zelda and their family were faced with the difficult task of deciding what came next for the home they had built a life in together. What many people don’t see behind a “Sold” sign is everything that happens before closing day.

Over the last 9 months, we’ve worked through a lifetime of memories. We filled 7 dumpsters. We donated, recycled, sold, and hauled away decades of accumulated belongings. Every room held a story. Every box uncovered memories of a life well lived.

This wasn’t just another real estate transaction for me. Dale has been one of my closest friends for many years, and it was an honor to help his family navigate this journey. There were emotional days, difficult decisions, and moments when the finish line felt a long way off.

But today, we made it.

The home is officially sold, and a new family will soon begin creating memories of their own within these walls.

I’m grateful to Zelda, Dale, and the entire family for trusting me throughout this process. Being invited into such an important season of someone’s life is something I never take for granted.

Ron may no longer be with us, but the memories he created, the family he built, and the impact he had on those around him remain.

Today isn’t just about a closing. It’s about honoring a legacy, celebrating a life well lived, and turning the page to a new chapter.
