FordMurray is seeking a motivated, well-organized and friendly individual to join our boutique business immigration firm in Portland, Maine. The position is full time, in person, Monday through Friday. Our office culture is supportive, collegial and fast-paced. Job duties will include:

• filing
• scanning
• office supply management
• create and maintain file systems
• greeting clients in office
• answering phone and handling intake calls
• mail processing and distribution
• composing standard documents
• general administrative office support

Experience in a similar law firm or corporate role required. Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
