MORE GOOD NEWS! The federal government said on Saturday it would resume accepting renewal requests from those already participating in the program.

The government complied with a judge’s order to resume accepting renewal requests from immigrants who were brought illegally to the United States as children.

Good news!
This decision allows DACA renewals to be accepted right now, but does not allow new DACA applications.

This decision could be appealed to a higher court which could stop this decision. We'll keep you posted.
