Congratulations to George Diamond and Nicholas Diamond on their sale of Renaissance Boardwalk. They'll be assisting Kirkland Development with leasing the upcoming 310,000 SF project consisting of 221 multifamily units and 110,000 SF of 3-story mixed-use buildings that include office, retail, and restaurant space.

The plans also include a 15-foot-wide public walkway -- called the "Renaissance Boardwalk" -- along the river's edge to connect to the existing waterfront trails to the east and west.

The Industrial Gurus team of Mark Childs, SIOR, Daniel Helm, and Daniel Sayles have just leased a 60,000 SF space at Millikan Business Center. While this deal was a success worthy of an announcement on its own, the story here actually goes much deeper.
