Some homes are worth fighting for!

When our buyer first walked through 16751 Ludlow Street in Granada Hills, she immediately fell in love with it. The problem? So did everyone else.

The home received multiple offers and sold above the asking price. Most agents would have moved on. We didn't.

When the property unexpectedly came back on the market, we were ready. We quickly revisited the opportunity, analyzed the situation, and submitted another strong offer. Once again, multiple offers flooded in.

This is where experience, relationships, and persistence matter.

We stayed in constant communication with the listing team, advocated for our buyer, negotiated strategically, and continued working long after business hours. Close to midnight, we finally received the call every buyer hopes for: our offer was accepted.

Before going to sleep, I emailed my buyer the news.

The next morning, she woke up to the message and a home she thought she had lost forever.

Real estate isn't just about contracts and negotiations. It's about listening, staying persistent, and never giving up when the right home comes along.
