Some instincts don’t wait for permission

There are moments when instinct takes over.
Not fear. Not calculation.
Something deeper.
A mother’s instinct doesn’t ask what it needs.
It responds to what’s needed.

What we search for often reflects what feels missing.

Some people search for knowledge.
Some for money.
Some for wellness.
But wholeness isn’t found by collecting more.
It’s found by aligning what’s already there.

What are you hoping your next search will solve?

Giving doesn’t reduce what you have. It changes how money moves.

Wealth isn’t only about how much you earn.
It’s about how freely value flows through you.
Giving isn’t a loss.
It’s a signal.

How do you relate to money when it’s time to let it move?

A near-death experience didn’t scare me. It clarified me.

When everything familiar falls away,
what remains becomes very clear.
Not what you own.
Not what you’ve achieved.

What do you think really matters when perspective shifts?

Judaism isn’t about losing yourself in God.

Judaism doesn’t ask you to disappear.
It asks you to show up.

What if faith isn’t about becoming someone else
but becoming more fully yourself?

I invite you to listen to the full episode with Rabbi Levi Paltiel and hear our insights about faith, Judaism, and much more!

My secret to weekly energy, inspiration, and self-confidence isn’t a retreat - it’s a Habit.

I can’t believe how I lived before finding Shabbat; it offers energy and soul renewal in ways I never imagined. Think of it as being able to do a meditation retreat every single week. Taking that designated time provides so much rejuvenation, inspiration, awareness, and self-confidence, allowing you to operate on a completely different level. It’s difficult to explain unless you experience it.

As we welcome the New Year, many of us are making resolutions - plans to improve ourselves, to fix what’s broken, to become better versions of who we already are.
But we spend so much energy on self-improvement as if we exist in isolation.
Every meaningful moment in life quietly reminds us of something deeper:
we are shaped in relationship.
A whole heart isn’t about knowing, in theory, that everything is connected.
It’s about living as if it truly matters.
So as you reflect on the year ahead, perhaps the question isn’t
“What do I need?”
but rather,
“Who needs me right now?”
Wishing everyone a Happy New Year.
one filled with peace, meaning, connection, and good health.
May this be a year of presence, purpose, and a truly whole heart.

“We spend a lot of time trying to change ourselves.”

We spend a lot of time trying to change ourselves.
And very little time asking
what we’re actually responding to.

What do you think you’re responding to most days?

Fulfillment isn’t found by chasing it.

We’re taught to look inward for fulfillment.
To ask what’s missing.
What we need next.
But again and again, life shows something different.

Fulfillment doesn’t arrive when we’re fully satisfied.
It arrives when we’re genuinely useful.

As we enter the last week of 2025, I invite you to listen to my Episode with AJ Reisman.

Is God a power struggle or pure love?

Most people imagine God as a “man in the sky,” but Judaism teaches something far more profound: God is the very essence of love.

When we realize that we are part of the One, we understand that everything God wants is for our own good. I sat down with Rabbi Shalom Paltiel to explore how this shift in mindset changes everything about how we experience the Divine. ✨

Why does your “lower self” matter?

If we are all inherently connected to the One, why do we struggle so much with our “lower self”? I sat down with Rabbi Shalom Paltiel to discuss why Judaism places so much importance on our physical, human side rather than just the “godly” self.

The answer might change how you view your daily life. Watch the full breakdown. 🕊️✨

Today is the final day of Chanukah a holiday about light pushing back against darkness.
And yet, this week has confronted us with immense darkness, from Bondi Beach and beyond.

Recent events make it painfully clear why this conversation is more urgent than ever. Antisemitism is not a passing illness. History shows that dehumanization metastasizes when left untreated - and it must be confronted with strength, clarity, and urgency.

That’s why I’m sharing my recent conversation with Ken on fighting antisemitism head-on.

We cannot wait.
We cannot minimize.
The time to act is now.
