I started Chatenka Injury Law because I wanted to practice law differently than most firms. To me, clients are people, not just a number. I care about people and pride myself on understanding who my clients truly are and what they’ve been through. I firmly believe it is my complete understanding of my clients and their circumstances that sets me apart from other lawyers and allows me to push insurance companies and large corporations to understand the gravity of the situation and fully compensate my clients.
Prior to opening Chatenka Injury Law, I spent over a decade fighting for and protecting injured plaintiffs throughout the great state of Florida. During that time, I successfully handled a broad array of injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, products liability, general negligence, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases, including handling numerous cases through trial. My prior clients’ reviews confirm I always put my clients first and fight tirelessly to make sure they are protected and fully compensated.
I am especially proud of the results I have achieved and the reputation I have built practicing law along the Treasure Coast. I currently live in Martin County with my partner, Kara, and our three amazing children. We look forward to raising our family on the Treasure Coast so we can continue serving the people and community we love.
