Hi, all! Well, we have more exciting news! We outgrew the new location in just a few months so we expanded across the hall, too. We now have 9 attorneys, 2 paralegals, 4 legal assistants, and an office manager. We are always looking for good people to come join our ever-expanding team, so if you know of anyone, please let us know. Hope all is well with all of you! We have so many announcements to make! First, Andrea Zigelsky and Karen McCampbell have both joined the Firm. Andrea practices first party and liability defense, and Karen has been her trusted assistant for some time now. We’re thrilled they both decided to come on board!

We are also moving again! Since we have seven attorneys, two paralegals, and three legal assistants, it is time for a bigger space. Our trusted friend Tom Klause at A-1 Moving is in charge of our relocation again, and we know we couldn’t be in better hands.

Happy Holidays to all! We had the Firm’s Holiday Party over at The Meating Street (they did a wonderful job for all of us and the food was outstanding) last Friday night. It was the first time many of the attorneys were able to actually meet the rest of the Firm since they work remotely. We had a great time with the Yankee Swap grab bag, with the K**b Hill really being a hot item! It sure seemed like everyone had a great time, and we are so thankful for each and every member of the Firm. We couldn’t do what we do without all of you! Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Holidays!!!

Hi, all! The Firm would like to wish everyone a very happy Holiday Season! We hope that everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving, and that great memories were made with family and friends.

Just an update: we are still in need of at least two attorneys, so if anyone is, or knows of, an attorney that is interested in obtaining litigation experience with a growing team, please put him or her in contact with us! We offer full benefits with health insurance, Simple IRA, vacation, etc.

Jenny is an experienced former Assistant State Attorney, and Melissa Wheeler is an experienced paralegal who will join our current paralegal superheroes, Adrian Marchisio and Joanne Lepine. Well, we have finally settled in the new office, which is located just across the parking lot from our former location. As we mentioned earlier, we are continuing to expand. Mr. Steve Guy, Esq., has joined the firm as an associate and has impressed us with the quality of his work, as well as his great sense of humor. Good morning! Just some updates this morning: Julia Kummerlen has been with the firm for a bit now, and she is fantastic attorney and a great person. We’re hoping you have the chance to meet and speak with her, so you’ll see what we mean. We couldn’t be happier to have her on our team!

As far as the other attorney that had committed to working with us, he changed his mind at the last minute and went with another firm. So, we are still looking for another attorney to deliver top-notch legal services to our clients. If you know of anyone interested in doing First Party work, please let us know!

The move is moving along, with an anticipated move-in date of August 1st. Fingers crossed the build-out stays on track.

We have great news here at Bernal & Bernal, PA. - exciting things are happening! We are expanding! We have hired two attorneys and a legal secretary, and they will all be starting very soon. To all of my corporate clients: you will not receive anything in the US Mail from Sunbiz regarding your corporation, LLC, or partnership; you will receive an E-MAIL that you must comply with. However, this Form, and others like it, are from private companies that are trying to charge you extra money to file the Uniform Business Report (UBR), which is something everyone can do on his or her own. Do not pay these people to do it for you!!! Call me if you have any questions, and I’ll help you file the UBR. It must be filed before May 1st, or there are substantial penalties!
