Today justice prevailed. After 3 long years and multiple motions, the Court dismissed the case against my client with prejudice!

Client faced potent life in prison. Today he goes home to hug his kids.

I enter the battlefield ready to fight against tyranny, injustice, and hate – every time. And I’ll stop at nothing to stand up for my clients.

The world is different in 2020, including how we are appearing in court.

Participants can now appear in court via Zoom. judge and court staff appear by video. Each participant similarly can be seen by the judge and others.

WWL is closed for in-person meetings, but we remain available by phone, video conference, zoom, Skype, etc.

The WA Supreme Court has issued an order closing all courts for non-emergency matters until April 24th. I will attempt to post it in a minute.
